Group Meditation Night

Come together with like minded community and explore the power to heal, ground, center, and restore in guided meditation.

What to expect:

Arrive at 6pm.

Grab some hot tea or some water and begin to relax.

Jessica will begin by taking each individual through a smudging process (this will be done outside and will be a quick process) to help clear everyone of daily distractions and any energies that are not yours so you can get more centered, deepen into your mediation practice, and receive more healing during this time. Jessica will use sage smoke to cleanse each person while standing outdoors to release anything that is not your energy. There will be some further steps taken to assist everyone to return to center once inside.
